First Impression

The package contains the new set of 12 clubs plus a bag.

This is a shift from the standard set of 14 clubs.

The idea is to offer golfers everything they need to go out and have a fun game.

The set includes:

• 52, 56, and 60 degree wedges
• 6 iron – PW
• Putte

Sadly, they remove the 5 wood and 5 iron. But the good thing is that you can purchase them separately to make it a full set. 

Visually, the set features their signature look, i.e., matte black. We know black isn’t everyone’s taste. Thankfully, Stix recently introduced a matte silver style to match the traditional golf clubs.

Other than his, the set looks very sleek and super modern. Of course, it doesn’t look anything like your typical sets of clubs. So, expect to get some attention while playing with these clubs. 

Build Quality

Slix clubs excel in terms of build quality. The irons are super with a slight offset to them.

Similarly, the wedges are stunning and look like they can compete evenly with premium brands. Apart from these two, the woods are of top quality.

Let’s not also forget the quality of the bag. The stand bag is not cheap either. Even without testing, it is evident that the stand and backpack straps are sturdy.

Likewise, the pockets and zippers offer everything that you need to protect your valuables. 

Playability and Feel

This is also one area where Stix golf clubs shine. It was one of the easiest sets of clubs to hit.

The irons got up in the air effortlessly while the fairway was easy to hit. We had no problem getting the club on the ball. It also had a great feel at impact. 

While distance on the irons was not the longest we have ever hit, it was more serviceable. They were also consistent.

We love the fact that most of them flew straight because most of the hits had perfect contact. 

We also noted that Stix’s driver and woods felt solid at impact. Never experienced anything like crummy, tingly-sounding hybrids and fairway woods like other packages, but they had an exceptional feel.

It is also important to note that the driver distance was ample. While it may not level up with some top brands, Stix’s driver stuck well, and it was forgiving.
